Hekua Co., Ltd. announced that the company's controlling shareholder Ningbo Yinyi Holdings Co., Ltd. has signed an "Asset Transfer Agreement" with Ningbo Zhongzhe Ruihe Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Yinyi Holdings plans to transfer 87 million shares of Hekua Co., Ltd., accounting for 23.76% of the total share capital, to Zhongzhe Ruihe. If this transaction is implemented, the controlling shareholder will change to Zhongzhe Ruihe and the actual controller will change from Xiong Xuchang to Yang Herong. Currently, the change in ownership rights has obtained the consent letter from the pledgee, and both parties have signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Asset Transfer Agreement."
