Geely Automobile: Plan to Repurchase Shares Worth 2.3 Billion Hong Kong Dollars

Geely Auto announced that the company has entered into a share repurchase agreement with independent broker Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The broker or its affiliates will repurchase shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a total amount of up to HK$2.3 billion. The repurchase will be carried out according to predetermined parameters in the agreement, and will be at the full discretion of the broker.
