China Fortune Financial News APP information, Jincontrol Electric Power (000767.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 51% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanxi Tongying Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tongying Thermal Power") to Jinneng Holdings Jinneng Energy (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinneng Energy Company") through a non-public agreement transfer. Tongying Thermal Power is mainly engaged in the production and sales of electricity and heat. As of now, Tongying Thermal Power is in the stage of constructing a thermal power project, with no production or sales of products yet.
