Jinling Mining announced that the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 is as follows: based on a total of 595 million shares, a cash dividend of 0.50 yuan per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders registered on the record date determined in the dividend announcement, totaling 297.67 million yuan in cash dividends. This profit distribution does not include bonus shares and will not be used to increase share capital through capital reserves.
