Yitong Century Announcement: The company received the criminal judgment issued by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court on November 18, 2025. According to the judgment, the defendant, Xu Guanqun, was found guilty of contract fraud and sentenced to five years in prison, as well as a fine of 500,000 RMB.
