Beijing aims to successfully transform a batch of major scientific and technological achievements that serve the country's strategic needs and meet the demands of Beijing's economic and social development by 2027.

Beijing issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the Transformation and Landing of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Beijing". By 2027, an efficient and vibrant system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements will be basically formed, successfully transforming a number of major scientific and technological achievements that serve national strategic needs and meet the needs of Beijing's economic and social development; promoting 1000 cooperation platforms, 5000 technology development cooperation projects, transforming and incubating 3000 scientific and technological enterprises, 600 specialized and innovative enterprises, opening up new future industry tracks, achieving new replacements for key core technologies, and stimulating new dynamics for transformation and upgrading.
