Ruida Futures announced that the Board of Directors has received a written resignation report from Deputy General Manager Tian Yao, who has applied to resign from her position for personal reasons. After resigning, she will continue to serve as an assistant to the General Manager. Tian Yao's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, she does not hold any shares of the company, and there are no unfulfilled commitments that she has not fulfilled. Her resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company.
