According to the Qi Cha Cha () app, recently, the company L Neng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Sun Wei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 40.1591 million yuan. Its business scope includes biomass energy technology services, seawater desalination treatment, wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, and centralized fast charging stations. The equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by State Power Investment Corporation.
