Luoyang Mo Industry (03993.HK): Ma Fei nominated as candidate for non-executive director

The China Fortune Finance and Economics APP reports that Luoyang Molybdenum (03993.HK) has announced that Mr. Ma Fei has been nominated as a candidate for non-executive director of the seventh board of directors, subject to approval at the second interim general meeting of shareholders of the company in 2025 before it can take effect.
