Wisdom Finance APP News, Hengyue Holdings (01723) announced that following the previous transaction in which the subscriber Moon Investment Korea Limited subscribed for approximately $1.2 million USD (equivalent to approximately $9.384 million HKD on the date of this announcement) and acquired approximately 2.97% equity interest in the fund Asia Strategy Partners LLC, on November 17, 2025, the subscriber entered into a subscription agreement with the fund manager Sora Ventures. According to the agreement, the subscriber agreed to further subscribe for additional equity interests (approximately 4.22% equity interest in the fund) for a subscription amount of $1.7547 million USD (equivalent to approximately $13.686 million HKD) based on the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.
