According to the notification of the Zhitong Finance APP, GF Securities (01776.HK) announced that GF Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") has obtained the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission document [2024] No.1258 for the public issuance of subordinated corporate bonds with a face value not exceeding 20 billion yuan (inclusive) targeted at professional institutional investors. GF Securities Co., Ltd. will publicly issue subordinated bonds (fifth tranche) for professional investors in 2025 as the sixth tranche under the aforementioned registration approval, with a planned issuance size not exceeding 3 billion yuan (inclusive).
