Private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice will acquire the inventor of bubble wrap, Sealed Air (SEE.US), for $6.2 billion.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, private equity company Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has reached an agreement to acquire packaging company Sealed Air Corporation (SEE.US), which produces Bubble Wrap. The transaction is valued at $6.2 billion.
