New Focus (00360.HK) subsidiary signs capital increase agreement with CICC Juxin

Wisdom Financial News APP News, New Focus (00360.HK) announced that on November 17, 2025, New Fox Optical (Shanghai) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Zhongrong Juxin (as an investor) entered into a capital increase agreement, under which Zhongrong Juxin agreed to inject RMB 100 million (equivalent to approximately $14 million) into New Fox Optical (Shanghai) for a 10.0% equity stake. After the capital injection is completed, New Fox Optical (Shanghai) will be owned by the group and Zhongrong Juxin with approximately 90.0% and 10.0% equity, respectively. New Fox Optical (Shanghai) will continue to be a subsidiary of the company, and the financial performance of New Fox Optical (Shanghai) will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
