Wisdom Financial News APP, Hubei Radio and Television (000665.SZ) announced that Hubei Broadcasting and Television Station plans to transfer 62.1289% equity of Hubei Chu Tian Broadcasting and Television Information Network Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chu Tian Network"), held by its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Changjiang Radio and Television Media Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Radio and Television Group") and 100% equity of Hubei Cable Television Network Co., Ltd. (which holds 30.7458% equity of Chu Tian Network) to Hubei Cultural Industry Development Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Wen Tou"), completing the transfer of 92.8747% equity of Chu Tian Network. After this transfer, the controlling shareholder of the company remains unchanged and is still Hubei Chu Tian Digital Television Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chu Tian Digital"), and its shareholding in the company remains unchanged; the actual controller of the company is no longer Hubei Radio and Television Station, and is planned to be changed to the Propaganda Department of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee.
