Yunyi Electric announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 100 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary "Nanjing Yunyi Robotics Co., Ltd." in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, to accelerate its strategic layout in the field of robotics. The investment has been approved by the board of directors and does not require shareholder approval. The wholly-owned subsidiary will focus on the layout of robot rotary joint module assemblies and other products, helping the company enter the key components of the robot industry and optimize its industrial structure.
