(hereinafter referred to as the "Target Company" or "Noah Long Tian"). The company plans to acquire 31% equity of Noah Long Tian, with a total transaction amount of 144 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company's shareholding in the target company will reach 51%, achieving controlling stake in the target company, thus indirectly holding SkyHigh Memory Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Company" or "SHM").
