DJI responded that the no reason return period for some products has been shortened.

Recently, DJI announced a return policy update. Starting from 12:00 a.m. on November 17, 2025, orders placed through DJI's official online channels will have their return policy adjusted for aerial drones, industry applications, handheld photography equipment, sweeping robots, and outdoor power sources. In response to this, the official customer service stated that DJI's previous 30-day no reason return policy was intended to provide users with more opportunities to experience products. However, DJI found that a small number of people were abusing the policy, affecting genuine consumers who wanted to purchase products. In order to ensure that more genuine consumers have the opportunity to purchase and experience products, DJI has decided to adjust the return policy to 7 days no reason return.
