The issuance targets are specific investors not exceeding 35 in number, and the total amount of funds raised from this issuance to specific objects is expected to be no more than 1.5 billion yuan (including this amount). After deducting issuance expenses, all funds will be used for the following projects: Guidong Pu Luo Wind Power Project, Guiyang Tuanjie Wind Power Project, Tongdao County Jinkeng Wind Power Project, Zhijiang County Biyong Dashuao Wind Power Project, and supplementary working capital.
