Geling Shentong announced that, in order to meet the needs of business development, its controlling subsidiary Guoke Yidao plans to apply for comprehensive credit lines not exceeding 30 million yuan and 45 million yuan from Bank of Communications and Bank of China. Geling Shentong intends to provide a total joint and several liability guarantee of not more than 75 million yuan for the above-mentioned business. On November 14, 2025, the 18th meeting of the second board of directors of the company approved the proposal, and the guarantee authorization period shall be calculated from the date of approval by the board of directors. As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 0, with no overdue guarantees.
