Huashu High-Tech: Cheng Jie resigns as director of the company.

Hua Shuguang Technology announced on November 17th that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from non-independent director Cheng Jie. Due to work adjustments, Cheng Jie applied to resign from the position of director of the second board of directors of the company. His resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After leaving office, Cheng Jie will continue to serve as the vice general manager of the company.
