Zhongman Petroleum: The controlling shareholder partially released the pledge of the shares and re-pledged them again.

Zhongman Oil announced that on November 14, 2025, its controlling shareholder, Zhongman Holdings, released the pledge of 10.4043 million unrestricted tradable shares to Zhejiang Commercial Bank Shanghai Branch, accounting for 11.84% of its holdings and 2.25% of the total share capital. On the same day, Zhongman Holdings pledged an additional 10.4 million shares, accounting for 11.83% of its holdings and 2.25% of the total share capital, with the financing used for daily operations. After this transaction, Zhongman Holdings has pledged a total of 48.3543 million shares, accounting for 55.01% of its holdings and 10.46% of the total share capital. The pledged shares of Zhongman Holdings will mature within six months, corresponding to a financing principal of 100 million yuan, and will mature within one year, corresponding to 250 million yuan.
