At the 30th UN Climate Change Conference in China, CATL and IRENA jointly released the report "Solar Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Power Energy Transition". The report clearly points out that lithium battery storage has become the most economical energy storage technology currently, and "photovoltaic + energy storage" constitutes the most economical green power combination. The report recommends that countries set national energy storage installation goals, and incorporate energy storage into the top-level design and planning of the grid, effectively promoting the coordinated development of renewable energy and energy storage.
