The Hunan procuratorate has filed a public prosecution against Tang Kejian on suspicion of bribery in accordance with the law.

Recently, the case of Tang Kejian, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Yongzhou City People's Government in Hunan Province, who is suspected of bribery, has been investigated and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution by the Hunan Provincial Supervisory Committee. Upon designation by the Hunan Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Loudi City People's Procuratorate has lawfully filed a public prosecution with the Loudi Intermediate People's Court. The case is currently being further processed.
