Cold wave and strong wind warning, multiple car ferries on the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River temporarily suspended.

According to the Jiangsu transportation department, due to strong winds on the river, several ferries including Chonghai Ferry, Haitai Ferry, Zhanggao-Gaogao Ferry, and Tongsha Ferry are temporarily suspended, with resumption of service to be notified separately. The Sutong Bridge is currently implementing level three traffic control, with a speed limit of 80km/h. Additionally, the maritime department has announced that there are strong northerly winds of 6 levels, with gusts of 7-8 levels in the Changjiang Waterway in Taicang. There are large swells, and the following traffic control measures have been taken: river vessels and towed fleets under 80 meters in length are not allowed to navigate.
