News from the Zhidao Finance and Economics APP, Hope Education International Holdings (01765.HK) announced that on November 16, 2025, the buyer Xi'an Dianzhen Industry, the seller Sichuan Shurui Enterprise Management (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the target company Xi'an Beinuosi Education, and the buyer's guarantor signed a share transfer agreement. The seller has conditionally agreed to transfer and the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase 100% equity of the target company and its subsidiaries for a transfer price of 10 million yuan, and the target company has conditionally agreed to repay the loan. The buyer and the buyer's guarantor have agreed to provide irrevocable joint guarantees for the repayment obligations of the target company.
