However, recently, the price of VC products has rapidly increased, mainly due to the rapid growth in demand for energy storage batteries, power batteries, as well as the impact of macro policies and changes in industry supply and demand. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of VC products and about 4,000 tons of FEC products. The company plans to increase the VC product capacity to 10,000 tons per year through technological improvements and other measures, with the expected completion of the transformation by the second quarter of 2026. Depending on market demand and industry capacity release, the company plans to increase the production capacity of VC products and FEC products to 20,000 tons per year and 5,000 tons per year, respectively.
