Koseido (02273) subsidiary intends to acquire 100% equity and related rights of Dazhong Tang.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Gushengtang (02273) announced that on November 16, 2025, its subsidiary company, Gushengtang Singapore TCM Healthcare Technologies Holdings Private Limited (Gushengtang Singapore), entered into a share transfer agreement with the shareholder (seller) of DA ZHONG TANG PTE. LTD. (Dazhongtang). Gushengtang Singapore agreed to acquire, while the seller agreed to sell, 100% equity and related interests of Dazhongtang (acquisition).
