Constructing a digital twin platform, developing and applying mathematical models in hydraulic engineering based on mechanism elucidation, and law grasping, as well as statistical and data mining techniques, conducting "high-fidelity" simulations in changing flow fields, achieving historical data accumulation analysis, real-time data synchronization and interaction, future data prediction and simulation, providing forward-looking, scientific, precise, and safe decision-making support for water network operation management.
