According to the Tibet Daily, on November 15th, the "100MW Concentrated Solar Power + 800MW Photovoltaic" integrated project in Tuo Ruo Village, Panazhen, Anduo County, Nagqu City, reached a crucial milestone - the core engineering of the project's heat-absorbing tower successfully topped out. The heat-absorbing tower reaches a height of 185 meters and was completed in a construction period of 233 days, setting the record for the shortest time to top out a heat-absorbing tower during the same period. It is reported that this project is a key energy project in Tibet's 14th Five-Year Plan and is planned to be operational in October 2026. The concentrated solar power project is Tibet's first tower-type concentrated solar power generation project and, due to its high altitude geographical location, it has become the tallest tower-type concentrated solar power station in the world.
