The Zhixun Finance and Economics APP reports that Xipuni (02583.HK) announced that Mr. Li Qi and Mr. Lin Yong have served as independent non-executive directors for nearly six years and will resign as independent non-executive directors from November 28, 2025. Mr. Li Qi will also no longer serve as Chairman of the Board Remuneration and Assessment Committee, member of the Board Audit Committee, and member of the Board Strategic Committee. Mr. Lin Yong will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
