Zhicheng Finance and Economics APP News, Daming City (600094.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Mingcheng Financial Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingcheng Financial Holdings") plans to purchase 28,876,041 shares of Beijing Baicai Bang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baicai Bang" or "Target Company"), accounting for 19.4293% of its total share capital, at a transaction price of 694 million yuan.
