Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited (00296) issues a profit warning, expecting the net loss for the mid-term to significantly reduce to not more than 80 million Hong Kong dollars.

Intelligence Financial APP News, Emperor Entertainment Hotel (00296) announced that the group's net loss is expected to narrow significantly to no more than HK$80 million for the six months ending on September 30, 2025 (2024: HK$226 million). The improvement is mainly attributed to the significant reduction in fair value loss on investment property to no more than HK$70 million (2024: HK$264 million) for this period. The board believes that the fair value loss is a non-cash item and will not have a direct impact on the group's cash flow.
