Intelligent Finance News APP, Creat Electrical (301448.SZ) announced that the company ("Party B") held the sixth meeting of the third board of directors on November 12, 2025, and approved the proposal of "Signing the Cooperation Agreement on Establishing a Multi-Modal Embodied Intelligence Joint Research Center with Tsinghua University and Providing External Guarantees". The company agreed to sign the "Cooperation Agreement on Establishing the Tsinghua University-Zhejiang Creat Electrical Co., Ltd. Embodied Intelligence Joint Research Center" with its subsidiary Yan Valley (Beijing) Robot Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yan Valley Intelligence" or "Party A") and Tsinghua University (specifically, the Cross-Information Research Institute, "Party C"). At the same time, Party B voluntarily provides irrevocable joint liability guarantees to Party A for all obligations under this agreement.
