(referred to as "Huaren Century Group"), regarding the "Notice of Huaren Pharmaceutical Share Reduction Plan". Huaren Century Group plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3% of the total share capital of the company, that is, no more than 35.4663 million shares, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the announcement of the reduction plan.
