It mentioned that mature practices in examination will be solidified to better serve innovation entities. Firstly, it will clarify the concept of on-demand examination and related rules for expedited examination to meet the actual needs of innovation entities. Secondly, it will clarify the examination rules for divisional applications that have not declared priority rights to protect the rights of divisional applicants who request priority rights. Thirdly, it will clarify the requirements for submitting proof of priority right transfer documents to help applicants understand the examination standards.
