Zhixun Finance APP news, Zhongtian Shunlian (00994.HK) announced that all conditions under the second subscription agreement have been met, and the second subscription transaction was completed on November 13, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the second subscription agreement dated July 8, 2025 between the Company and the second subscriber, the second subscriber has successfully subscribed for a total of 63 million shares of the second subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.36 per share.
