Wanhua Chemical (600309.SH): Prime Partner International Limited plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 0.5%

Wisdom Finance APP news, Wanhua Chemical (600309.SH) announced that Prime Partner International Limited will reduce its holdings through centralized bidding from 15 trading days after the announcement of the reduction plan until January 31, 2026, not exceeding 0.5% of the total share capital of the company based on market prices. During the reduction period, the total number of shares sold in any continuous 90-day period shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares.
