Nanjing Bank announced that the interim profit distribution in 2025 will be based on a total share of 12.364 billion shares, with a cash dividend of 0.3062 yuan per share, totaling 3.786 billion yuan in cash dividends. The record date for share rights is November 19th, with the ex-rights date and cash dividend payment date on November 20th. Apart from distributing to self-distributed entities, the distribution will be handled by the Shanghai branch of China Clearing. Different types of shareholders have different tax policies.
