Tongda Group announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Shi Wanfu reduced his holdings by 2.592 million shares through block trading from November 6 to 12, 2025, accounting for 0.49% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Shi Wanfu and his concerted parties collectively hold a total of 109 million shares, and their shareholding ratio has decreased from 21.37% to 20.96%. Shi Wanfu had planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 15.7149 million shares from August 27 to November 26, accounting for 3% of the total share capital, and as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the reduction plan has not been fully implemented.
