Reporters learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that the Second China-Europe Express International Cooperation Forum will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on November 18. The theme of this forum is "Connecting Asia and Europe, Sharing the Future", including the opening ceremony and keynote forum, results release, parallel forums and other main activities. Three parallel forums on efficient and safe transportation, diversified channel development, and innovative integration development will be set up, inviting relevant representatives to attend, aiming to enhance dialogue and communication among all parties, consolidate a more extensive international cooperation consensus, ensure the safe and smooth operation of the China-Europe Express, and assist in the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
