The Ministry of Commerce has made the latest response on issues related to Anshi Semiconductor and Sino-US soybean trade.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on November 13th, the Ministry of Commerce held a routine press conference and responded to issues related to ASML Semiconductor and Sino-US soybean trade. The spokesperson, He Yadong, stated that since the issue with ASML Semiconductor occurred, China has always maintained a responsible attitude towards the stability and security of the global semiconductor supply chain. China has held multiple rounds of consultations with the Netherlands and agreed to the request for a representative from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs to come to China for consultations. China hopes that the Netherlands will demonstrate a sincere willingness to cooperate with China, quickly propose substantive and constructive solutions to the problem, and take practical actions to rapidly and effectively restore the security and stability of the global semiconductor supply chain from the source.
