Far East Wisdom Energy announced that the company has provided a guarantee of 1.2 billion yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinyuan Dong Cable Co., Ltd., by signing an "Irrevocable Guarantee Letter of the Highest Amount" with joint and several liability guarantee. As of the date of the announcement, the actual guarantee balance provided is 17.51 billion yuan, and the total guarantee amount provided by the company is 106.66 billion yuan, accounting for 249.47% of the net assets attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the audited year of 2024. All guarantees are not in default. Within the approved limit, the guarantee is to meet the funding needs of the subsidiary, and the risks are manageable.
