Shunbo Alloy announced that the company's maximum guarantee amount for 2025 is expected to be adjusted to no more than 5.55 billion yuan. Recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Yubo applied for a credit line of up to 50 million yuan from the Ma'anshan Branch of Everbright Bank, with the company providing joint liability guarantee. After this guarantee, the company has cumulatively guaranteed 456 million yuan for Anhui Yubo, with external guarantee contract amounts totaling 3.546 billion yuan, accounting for 111.42% of the latest audited net assets. Anhui Yubo's revenue from January to September 2025 was 0, with a net loss of 10.0534 million yuan.
