Fenda Technology announced that recently its controlling shareholder, Xiao Fen, has partially released the pledged shares, with a total of 11 million shares being released, accounting for 5.08% of the shares held by him, and 0.61% of the total share capital of the company. The pledgee is Hangzhou Baotong Pawn Co., Ltd. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Xiao Fen and his concerted parties collectively hold 323,892,663 shares, accounting for 18.05% of the total share capital of the company. A total of 240,513,180 shares have been pledged, accounting for 74.26% of the total shares held, and 13.40% of the total share capital of the company. The release of the pledge will not result in a change in the controlling interest of the company, and will not have a substantial impact on the company.
