Wang Kejun, former deputy general manager of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., has been expelled from the party.
The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the National Supervisory Commission reported on November 13th that, according to the Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the former deputy general manager of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., Wang Kejun, is under investigation for serious violations of discipline and law.
After investigation, it was found that Wang Kejun had lost faith in his ideals, violated disciplinary and legal bottom lines, disregarded the spirit of the central eight-point regulations, accepted bribes, and accepted travel arrangements that could affect the fair execution of official duties.
He also violated organizational principles by not reporting personal matters according to regulations, seeking benefits for others in job adjustment, accepting gifts, using his position for personal gain in project contracting, and illegally accepting huge amounts of money.
Wang Kejun's serious violations of party organizational discipline and disciplinary rules constitute serious violations of duty and suspected bribery crimes. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, he has not restrained himself and his behavior has been serious and negative, and he should be dealt with severely.
According to relevant regulations such as the "Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Administrative Punishment Law for Public Officials of the People's Republic of China," the Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection's Standing Committee reported to the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee for approval, and it was decided to expel Wang Kejun from the party, cancel his benefits, confiscate his illegally obtained gains, and transfer the suspected criminal case to the procuratorate for investigation and prosecution.
