China Bank and Samsung Life Insurance's 24% equity stake is once again listed for transfer, with the base price decreased from 1.8 billion to 1.7 billion.

According to the Beijing Property Rights Exchange, Bank of China Insurance Co., Ltd. is transferring 24% of its equity, with a listing price of 173,583.36 million yuan, and the transferor is China Aviation Group Co., Ltd. Previously, in December 2024, China Aviation Group Co., Ltd. had listed its 24% equity in Bank of China Insurance Co., Ltd. for transfer, with a listing price of 1.815 billion yuan.
