According to the information displayed on the QiChaCha app, Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. recently published a patent for "mechanical shoulder joint, mechanical arm, robot, control method and control device". The patent abstract on QiChaCha shows that this application belongs to the field of robotics, with the base component of the mechanical shoulder joint connected to one end of the shoulder framework via a rotating connection, the pivot component connected to the other end of the shoulder framework via a rotating connection, and the active connection component connected to the pivot component. The first drive component is located on the base component and its output end is connected to the shoulder framework. The second drive component includes the first driver and at least two drive ropes. In the first motion mode, the first drive component drives the shoulder framework to rotate relative to the base component around the first axis. In the second motion mode, the first driver simultaneously drives the pivot component to rotate relative to the shoulder framework around the second axis. In the second motion mode, the first driver simultaneously drives the active connection component to rotate relative to the pivot component around the third axis. This mechanical shoulder joint in the application has a simple structure, three degrees of rotational freedom, and is beneficial for improving the flexibility of the mechanical shoulder joint.
