Smartphone SoCs are accelerating from mature nodes to advanced nodes, covering various price segments from mid to high-end models. This trend not only significantly improves performance and energy efficiency, but also enhances terminal devices with stronger device-side GenAI capabilities, better gaming performance, and improved heat dissipation management.
