International artist collaboration added, superstar legend (06683) plans to issue 54.5 million shares in a preferential placement, raising HK$369 million.

According to the financial news app, Wisdom Finance, on November 13th, Juxing Legend (06683) announced that the company has entered into a placement and subscription agreement with the seller and placement agent, intending to sell up to 75 million shares at a placement price of 7.2 Hong Kong dollars per share (including shares sold in advance and independent third-party shareholder Magic Express shares). The company conditionally agrees to allocate and issue up to 54.5 million shares to the seller in advance at a subscription price equal to the placement price.
