Insiders: Puxi Capital is in talks with Sequoia China to sell Golden Goose for $3 billion.

Two sources familiar with the matter said on Wednesday that private equity firm Primavera Capital is in advanced negotiations with Sequoia China to sell Italian luxury sneaker manufacturer Golden Goose, with a valuation exceeding 2.5 billion euros, confirming earlier reports by Italian newspapers.
